Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Nautrix!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned in the original watch box to ensure safe shipping.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) and warranty card are both required. If you don’t have these, reach out to us, and we can verify your purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged before receipt or use. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, email us at nautrixwatches@gmail.com, and we will provide the necessary shipping instructions, including the return address.

Exempt Goods

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Individual watch components (e.g., straps, bezels)

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to causes other than Nautrix's error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time to process. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at nautrixwatches@gmail.com.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
