At Nautrix, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. Each Nautrix watch is meticulously designed and built to meet the highest standards of performance and durability. To ensure peace of mind for our customers, we offer a comprehensive two-year warranty on all of our watches.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our two-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of your watch. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Movement issues (such as malfunctions in the automatic movement)
  • Case defects (faults in the materials or construction of the case)
  • Dial and hands (issues with the design or functionality of the dial or hands)
  • Crown and pushers (faulty operation or structural issues)
  • Water resistance failure (provided the guidelines for water exposure were followed)

If any of these issues occur under normal use within the two-year warranty period, Nautrix will repair or replace your watch at no additional cost.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or misuse (such as dropping the watch, exposure to extreme conditions, or submersion in water beyond the watch's stated water resistance)
  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches on the case, bracelet, or crystal)
  • Damage to straps (leather, rubber, or other materials are not covered under warranty)
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications (if the watch has been opened or repaired by anyone other than Nautrix’s authorised services)

Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out via our customer support email or phone line, providing your purchase information, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. Ship your watch: After receiving instructions from our team, ship your watch to Nautrix Head Office. Shipping costs for sending the watch to us are your responsibility, but we will cover the return shipping costs for all valid warranty claims.
  3. Inspection and Repair/Replacement: Our team will carefully inspect the watch to determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage. If covered, we will repair or replace your timepiece and return it to you as quickly as possible.
